Most merch is sold before doors and right after the encore. We staff your merch desk with sellers who can handle the rush, keep the size stock in check and hand over a clean settlement at the end of the night. We follow your tour manager's rules for pricing, stock and cash. We have run four merch stands on two sold-out O2 arena shows and both Czech stops of an international tour, including moving the stock between Prague and Brno.

What promoters and tour managers ask
Can we communicate in English?
Yes. The quote, the crew call and on-site communication with your production team run in English. Your contact person on site is our coordinator.
Can you cover more than one stop of our tour?
Yes. For the K-POP DREAMWORLD tour we ran merch at both Czech stops, Prague and Brno: we took over the stock, printed the price lists, brought the desk inventory and payments, moved everything between the two shows and handed over the count-out and settlement. The whole job was confirmed last minute.
Can you rent us a card terminal or a till?
Tills can be rented from us, including a cashier if you need one. Tell us in the enquiry.
