Based on attendance, programme and menu we plan service points and staff per shift.

We build and stock the bar before doors, together with AnyBar.

The bar lead sends people where the queue is and keeps stock from running out.

We clean down, dismantle and hand over the shift summary.

What promoters and tour managers ask
Can we communicate in English?
Yes. The quote, the crew call and on-site communication with your production team run in English. Your contact person on site is our coordinator.
Do you supply the drinks as well?
We can build the bar and arrange stock with our partner AnyBar. If you have your own drinks supplier, we just run the bar.
