Stagehands, site crew and cloakroom

Cloakroom service for events and clubs

A cloakroom looks simple until five hundred people turn up at two in the morning. We take over the whole cloakroom: layout, staff, ticket system and, by agreement, liability for damage. At SaSaZu, one of Prague's biggest clubs, we run the entire cloakroom long-term.

How we work

A process we have tested on many shows

  1. 01

    Capacity

Based on guest numbers and season we plan service points and staff.

  2. 02

    Set-up

We place the rails, number the spaces and prepare the tickets.

  3. 03

    Drop-off

We add staff as guests arrive so there is no queue at the door.

  4. 04

    Pick-up

At the end we move people to pick-up, when everyone wants to leave at once.
