We set up the accreditation centre, prepare the lists and give the right wristbands and passes to the right people. Then we keep the zones under control all the way to backstage.

We agree with production who can access which zone.

Lists are prepared in advance, so on site we only hand out.

Accreditation opens before the gates, so crew and suppliers are not kept waiting.

What promoters and tour managers ask
Can we communicate in English?
Yes. The quote, the crew call and on-site communication with your production team run in English. Your contact person on site is our coordinator.
What if someone is not on the list?
We agree in advance who approves changes. Nobody gets a pass without production's approval.
